Each purchase generates a unique TrueType font file (TTF) from your chosen parameters and DNA seed, named with your brand, plus a Certificate of Exclusive Typeface Ownership (PDF). That exact parameter combination and DNA seed are generated once and retired — no other customer can forge the identical font.
You receive full, worldwide, perpetual commercial rights to your generated font file: you may rename, rebrand, modify, distribute, license and resell it on any marketplace (Etsy, Pinterest, your own store, anywhere) with no royalties owed to us.
Generated fonts derive from base letterforms licensed under the Apache License 2.0, which expressly permits modification and commercial redistribution of derivatives. The required attribution is embedded in the font file's copyright record and does not restrict your resale rights.
We guarantee generation-uniqueness, not legal exclusivity. Copyright, trademark or design registration of your typeface is your responsibility, filed in your jurisdiction at your cost. Glyphin Made Easy makes no representation that any registration will be granted.
Fonts and certificates are provided as-is without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid. Glyphin Made Easy operates as its own product line ("a PeerSocket venture"); its obligations are limited to those in this document.
Because each font is generated uniquely and delivered instantly, sales are final once the file is downloaded. Your unlock code re-downloads your font and certificate forever — keep it safe.
