1. What this service is

PeerSocket ("we", "us") is an aftermarket checkout and unlock system for software applications. Core apps offered through PeerSocket are free; optional paid upgrades and subscriptions unlock additional features instantly upon confirmed payment. By using this site or purchasing an upgrade you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchases, marketplaces & refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or hold your card details.
• Offers may also be sold through third-party marketplaces such as WarriorPlus and JVZoo. Purchases made through those platforms are additionally governed by the marketplace's own terms, checkout, receipt, and refund processes.
• Upgrades are digital goods delivered instantly. Where a refund policy is stated on the specific offer (or required by the marketplace), that stated policy applies. Otherwise, refunds are handled case-by-case within a reasonable period of purchase.
• Subscription tiers renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

3. Privacy commitment

Our server is the only server that needs to see your email, and only to know which services to allow on your account — nothing more. We store payment status only (paid or canceled) for buyers. We do not sell data at any price. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. License & acceptable use

• Paid unlocks grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the unlocked features.
• You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the unlock or payment system.
• We may suspend access obtained through fraud, chargebacks abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE, APPS, AND UPGRADES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

8. Third-party apps & developers

PeerSocket may power checkouts for apps built by independent developers. Each showcased app is the responsibility of its developer. We provide the checkout and unlock infrastructure only and are not liable for the content or performance of third-party applications.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Material changes take effect upon posting. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice; valid one-time unlocks remain honored for the life of the supported app.
